Real Colors® Personality Temperament
This dynamic approach created by the National Curriculum Training Institute addresses team building by understanding the inter-play of the four recognized personality temperaments. Objectives of the program are to assist leaders, managers, administrators, and staff members with acquiring the skills to: understand human behavior; uncover dynamics regarding motivation as it relates to employee production; and enhance communication throughout the organization.
Team Building
Our staff offer team building workshops via that initiate the need for team members to work together effectively in order to sustain. These workshops use constructive norms to enhance synergistic thinking for team development, problem solving, and decision-making.
